This summary explains the information Stream Chest needs to operate Twitch-connected rewards and community progression. Last updated 12 July 2026.

Information we process

We process Twitch identifiers, display names, profile images, granted OAuth scopes, connection metadata, channel settings, chest configurations, redemptions, gameplay balances, ranks, and audit history. We do not receive your Twitch password.

Why we process it

The information is used to authenticate channel owners and collaborators, manage configured Twitch rewards, receive EventSub events, answer enabled chat commands, show overlays and leaderboards, prevent duplicate redemptions, and maintain gameplay history.

Service providers and visibility

Hosting, database, and Twitch services process information needed to deliver the platform. Public leaderboard pages expose viewer display names and configured game statistics for their channel community. OAuth tokens and administrative settings are not public.

Retention and your choices

Channel owners can reset channel data, disconnect Twitch, and request correction or deletion through the Contact page. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or transaction integrity.

Cookies and security

Stream Chest uses session and channel-selection cookies to keep users signed in and scope dashboard data correctly. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
